I am a justice focused Inner Work Guide and Enneagram teacher, Organizational Consultant, Executive Coach and Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Access (IDEA) Practitioner. In any given week I might find myself coaching an individual client to notice their habitual patterns, consulting with an executive leader on how to navigate organizational change, guiding a team through an exercise to name and leverage their diversity, or facilitating an Enneagram working group.
