My approach
1. assessment
Discovering Enneagram type is the natural starting point. Whether engaging an individual for coaching, key leaders, or full teams, all of my work with organizations starts with Enneagram assessment, either through 1:1 Interviews or using a scientifically validated online assessment.
2. Training
Once you find your Type you still need to understand what the Enneagram is and what it is not. Training(s) curated for your specific goals highlight the most suitable aspects of the Enneagram getting you in position to use the insights opened to you by knowing your Type.
3. coaching & Analysis
Individual Coaching
Targeted at key challenges, strengths and strategies for any Enneagram Type. Coaching supports Executives, Managers, & Team Members to integrate the Training insights and turn them into active practices that support goals. Specific coaching around supervision and managing helps to avoid relational pitfalls and promotes individualized support between Types. Coaching can also connect with personal development goals as they interface with professional contexts.
Team Analysis
Bringing clarity around ongoing group dynamics. Habits of engagement, conflict, process, and execution are brought to the surface. Teams receive direct and specific guidance on the unique possibilities and challenges of their specific combination of Types. Key learnings such as how to interact with one another in the most productive ways, how to notice and loosen your own entrenched perspectives, and what specific behaviors are most supportive and detrimental to team members are brought to the surface.
All of my work is done through an intersectional lens that names and honors identity level diversity and the different experiences and relationships with power and safety that are present.
