I am a justice focused Inner Work Guide and Enneagram teacher, Organizational Consultant, Executive Coach and Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Access (IDEA) Practitioner. In any given week I might find myself coaching an individual client to notice their habitual patterns, consulting with an executive leader on how to navigate organizational change, guiding a team through an exercise to name and leverage their diversity, or facilitating an Enneagram working group. I love that I get to apply my unique blend of Enneagram expertise and IDEA insights in such diverse contexts.

I come to this work though my years working with spiritual communities where I am grateful to have experience closely supporting individuals seeking personal change, leading Justice themed community experiences, and guiding groups working with themes around The Enneagram, the origins of racism, white supremacy, collective liberation, and Christianity + Justice.

My personal experience and journey around being a white presenting Chicano man energizes my particular interest in the ways IDEA and Enneagram work intersect and support each other.

I am grateful to hold certifications as an Enneagram Practitioner and Teacher from The Narrative Enneagram, in DEI and Organizational Change through The National EIDA Center and in Embodied Social Justice.
