Community Offerings
Seminars, Panels, Working Groups. There is something for every community. I’ve used the Enneagram in many ways to support communities including:
Equipping members to meaningfully engage in inner work and personal growth.
Effectively navigate change, embrace difference, and build compassion.
Providing a shared language and framework for growth and normalizing disagreement.
I cherish getting to introduce communities to the Enneagram in seminars and panels and love getting to work deeply through Working Groups.
SEMINARS
From a brief 1 hour introduction to 5+ hours of in depth exploration. Enneagram Seminars are a wonderful way to generate a shared experience and perspective on what our personalities are, how to understand difference and what is possible when we “work” with our Enneagram Type. Seminars are also highly flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific constraints and goals.
PANELS
A core pillar of the Narrative Tradition of Enneagram Teaching, panels are the absolute best way to learn about Enneagram Types. As a certified Teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, I’m specifically trained to teach the Enneagram through interactive panels. There is nothing quite like hearing the truth from an Enneagram Type directly from the source. Panels are also an incredible way to build compassion and connection across difference.
WORKING GROUPS
Just what the title says, these are working groups. There is a strong emphasis on working with Enneagram Type. Rather than just share information, I facilitate real engagement with what we find about ourselves, our triggers and our paths towards greater wholeness. There is something uniquely powerful about witnessing and being witnessed as one comes to see themselves more clearly in a space marked by compassion and courage. I’ve offered Introductory groups covering the core components of Enneagram Type as well as groups working with varied themes. A few examples of groups I’ve offered:
Introduction to Working With the Enneagram: Exploring key aspects of each Enneagram Type including a combination of : Enneagram Type as Story, Worldview & Greater Knowing, Emotional Habit & Path to Freedom, The Defense System and more.
Themes Based Groups: Groups engage with a mix of themes exploring the Enneagram and: Decision making, Relationships, Conflict, Type Bias, Identification and Justice. Themed groups best serve folks familiar with the Enneagram and who are interested to begin working with their own type patterns and habits in the presence of others.
The Embodied Enneagram: Inner Resourcing to Cultivate a More Just World. Engaging the Enneagram in dynamic relationship with racial issues, specifically geared for White bodied people. Check out a more full description of this offering here.

Type discernment
New to the Enneagram? Think you might have mistyped yourself? A 1-1 typing interview will help you discern where you fit in the Enneagram.
After over a decade using and talking with people about the Enneagram I am convinced that the very best way for a person to land on a type that matches them is through a dialogue. That dialogue can be between an individual and a podcast/book/article etc. or a live panel interview, or, as I offer here, a 1:1 Typing Interview. This type of interaction is much more dynamic than an online assessment and can take into account more than your multiple choice responses.
I am a strong believer that people beginning inner work with the Enneagram should self identify with the point that most connects with them. At the end of an interview you can expect to be pointed in a direction that I anticipate will resonate with you but I won’t tell you, “you’re X type.” Your inner journey is too sacred a ground for me to be stamping it with my certainty.
I’d be happy to help discern if this is your next step with a free consultation.
1:1 COACHING
Whether you’re looking for support in your professional role or personal life, 1:1 Coaching provides space to get below the surface of our habits, a framework for understanding and a pathway for growth.
My coaching emphasizes each person’s diverse identities as essential elements of their experience, sense of self, and engagement in the world. I honor the complex meeting of cultural, racial, gender, sexual orientation, and other identities as they overlay with Enneagram Type and work.
I bring a focus on building a practice of purposeful choice in our lives. Many of our habits limit us to the same worn out options. Building the capacity to choose is an expression of agency, a key to change, and ultimately, a measure of freedom. So we work with creating choice in our experience.
Real change takes time and is more the product of regular presence and practice than a key piece of information or specific technique. I do offer targeted Enneagram teaching in coaching sessions but the work is mostly about working with you through supported practice as your deeper and deeper patterns emerge.
These sessions are available in person or virtually. I’d love to chat with you to see if 1:1 Coaching is right for you. Reach out for a free consultation.
Justice + Enneagram
Inner work is a critical component of justice work. Working with our habitual and unconscious ways of being is necessary if we are to meaningfully untangle from a culture of supremacy and work towards a society where all people can flourish.
In my experience facilitating learning groups on racism I’ve seen the immense need for the capacities developed through inner work with the Enneagram. Skills like compassionate self observation, somatic awareness, receptivity and humility are all essential to the Enneagram work I do and are key to justice efforts.
Conversely, I’ve also heard questions about the greater purpose of Enneagram work. As I’ve engaged in my own inner journey and witnessed community members return home to themselves using the Enneagram, the clear shift is outward to the world with postures of compassion, commitment and humility. These are precisely the kinds of characteristics needed to transform our society into a more just and equitable one.
I’ve also witnessed how folks with socially centered identities can (unconsciously) use their Enneagram Type to further marginalize others and maintain their own access to societal power. Working with The Enneagram and issues of justice is, in my experience, one of the most challenging and potent arenas. It is also, often, among the areas most ripe for transformation.
I’ve developed and facilitated group work for spiritual communities for over a decade covering topics including race, justice, and inner work with the Enneagram. My most recent work in this arena is an offering called, The Embodied Enneagram: Inner Resourcing to Cultivate a More Just World. A group experiences that engages the Enneagram in dynamic relationship with racial issues, specifically geared for White bodied people. Check out a more full description of this offering here.
