Adam Bailon, M.Div., is a justice focused inner work guide and Enneagram teacher. He comes to Enneagram and justice work though his years working with spiritual communities where he is grateful to have experience facilitating groups working with the Enneagram, engaging the origins of racism, white supremacy, collective liberation, and Christianity + Justice. 

He has a particular interest in the intersection of white supremacy and Enneagram type that stems from his personal experience and inner work as a white presenting Chicano man. 

Adam holds certifications as an Enneagram Practitioner and Teacher in the Narrative Tradition, in DEI and Organizational Change through The National EIDA Center and in Embodied Social Justice. He is excited about engaging in inner work in ways that both embody and support broader justice efforts.
